PRODUCT PERFORMANCE WARRANTY: Secure-It's service is intended to help or reduce movement during the shaking of an earthquake or other jarring movement. It is common understanding that fastened equipment should fare better during an earthquake than equipment that is not secured, helping to reduce the amount of damage and injury that could result. Due to the uncertainty of forces generated, and numerous other variables involved in an earthquake event, or other natural disaster, no warranty, expressed or implied, can be applied to the performance of such products, or their installation. Secure-It shall not be responsible for the selection of product, manufacturers' design or defects provided Secure-It install in accordance with manufacturers' intent. Secure It's only responsibility shall be to replace any product proven to be defective in material and workmanship prior to the installation of the product. NEITHER THE SELLER, INSTALLER NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
